Part of recovery is to realize that life is not all about me. I made statements about Baart and the director in anger and now feel differently towards them. The director has been fair given Her position on conflicts must be very difficult. I was unfair to call her a sexist. She has accommodated me the best she could have. I'm grateful for Melissa, Tony, Julia, and the doctor. They have been good to me and doing a better job. Truly this a good place. They can save your life if you do your part. So I retract my previous statement and want everyone at Baart to know I am grateful.

They're all friendly, caring and professional no matter if you are Rich/poor, own a home/homeless, in remission/actively using...all they ask of us clients is honesty, responsibility, respect for both staff/other patients and to follow the rules. They have been instrumental in saving my life, giving me a better quality of life, and a formula for a future free of the grim Spectre of heroin addiction.

This place helped me go from a homeless addict to a successful happy life. The new Doctor is excellent and My counselor is top notch. Thank you for all that you guys and gals do. If you do what you are supposed to you will have no problems.

Been taking my father here for a couple of years now. Fights break out in the line every now and then, but for the most part it's quite peaceful. Very nice staff, when you get to know them. I think the mistake most people make when coming here for the first time is they have a negative attitude and predetermined expectations about the place. Just throw out those thoughts and go in fresh and you'll have a comfortable, easy visit. If you listen to your counselor, talk out your problems, and keep yourself clean, both your outlook and physical health will improve drastically. If you don't find yourself connecting with your counselor, find one of the many who work there and ask to be their patient. The important thing is to keep your mood light by conversing with people you trust and who'll keep you on the right path. This clinic has those people, you just have to look for them.

I want to express my heartfelt thank you to the director Melissa Develey and her formidable staff. I can just imagine the hard work and dedication that went into the implementation of these programs, and for some clinics, the work stops there. What I noticed about BAART Norwood is the total dedication and professionalism of THE ENTIRE STAFF! - I've observed how they treat ALL client/participants with respect and dignity (even though they do not get the same treatment which they themselves deserve day-in and day-out!) Your invaluable help and professional counseling allows us to strengthen our recovery. Personally, by following my counselor's advise during this period of uncertainty. I've been able to get back on my feet, recover my serenity, my sense of safety, my dreams and everything I consider necessary in order to regain my energy, employment and the desire to persevere along this toilsome path. This is something for which I can never be sufficiently greatful .! Best wishes,

I just want to thank all the staff at BAART Norwood for always being so helpful & nice. I Also leave with a positive outlook every time I speak with my counselor. Again Thank You, this place has really helped me stay positive & helped me stay out of trouble also.

This program helps me alot n its real quick. U go to dose n u go straight n and straight out. U save alot of money doing it this way instead of being out spending hundreds of dollars a week on pills or whatever ur drug of choice are. The staff there are also very friendly and help u out as much ad possible.
