Very professional and positive environment. The staff knows every patient by name (which suprised me given how many patients come in daily) i have always had negative connotations of what treatment programs were all of which the staff, doctors and counselors have alleviated me of. I truly apprieciate everyone whom works at MedMark for making my road to recovery a very pleasant experience thus far.

The staff at Medmark is professional, courteous, and respectful. Treatment plans are tailored to fit the patient, they are all different but effective. The patience, care, and concern that I experienced at Medmark made all the difference in my recovery. I would recommend Medmark to anyone that suffers from opiate addiction.

I haven't met a staff member, past or present, I wasn't able to build a rapport with and since I first started there in 2008 everyone has been extremely helpful as well as accepting of my disability, and while it's been up to me to stay clean, I owe a lot to Medmark for offering the treatment I needed. I have yet to meet a counselor who talks about him/herself unless I ask questions about them. Cheers, and keep up the good work!

Not to be dramatic, but this place changed (saved) my life, this was my "last chance", and I knew it. I had tried 10 plus times to quit opiates in the past, never going more than 2 or 3 weeks without "going back". I didn't have high expectations when I started, only because of all of my other failed attempts at staying clean. Flash forward 16 months, and I have given 16 clean test, I have 16 months clean time, an d my personal life and professional life are better than they have been in 20 years. I am truly grateful that I found them (and it was by TOTAL accident that I chose Medmark.. they happened to be taking walk ins that day; THANK GOD)

It's sad yet comical at the same time how some people get on here and rant and rave about how crappy the counselors are etc. They're not there to be your Homie and hook you up or ignore your dirty tests, the counselors are there for exactly that, to counsel and be a friendly source of support to help us with our addictions and ultimately help us break the addiction. My counselor Sheryl is a huge source of support for me. I can sit down with her and discuss my problems and she doesn't judge me like society itself judges addicts and she honestly understands my struggles because of her own struggles in the past. Makes a person feel a lot better to be able to talk to someone who truly understands and gives good advice. Thanks Sheryl and med Mart.
